Hello all. just checking in. If you look at my pic of taping points you can tap on the karate chop point and do the following if you would like to try tapping (EFT).
While tapping gently, repeat: "I allow my body to release what it’s been holding.” Say this while tapping several times.
Imagine lavender moving through the places that feel tight. Tea (check with you care provider if you haven't drunk lavender tea before), essential oil, candle, etc.
