I can understand how you feel. I personally used to struggle with beating my meat like a monkey from ages 12-15, I felt like I was a subhuman gremlin, a weak, immature man, and I was.
So I’m going to give you a no bullshit guide to quitting porn/fapping using the strategies that I’ve personally used to quit completely.
Im writing this from a place of empathy, not to criticize or be rude, I use harsher language Im the guide because I believe that’s the type of talk you should be using when even thinking about this topic. No pussy talk of- “oh it’s ok bro you know it’s blah blah🤓” bullshit. I’m here to make you a stronger man, not try and put it in the nicest way possible.

NO BULLSH*T GUIDE TO NOFAP
(In order of importance)
1) Stop fucking coping.
You are not addicted, you just cope and lie to yourself every single time you relapse. You know all of the negatives of fapping and you’ve probably tried deleting shit or trying this and that strategy
but it never works…
The reason why is because you still allow your weak monkey brain to control you, you continue to bullshit yourself and you blame “oh but I’m addicted oh no that’s why I fapped“
Stop LYING to yourself and everyone around you. I stopped relapsing after I stopped accepting the bullshit that I told myself before I relapsed.
Destroy the weak version of you, slander him, call him weak, amply the shame and guilt and anger that you feel after relapse, get fucking pissed.
As Charlie Morgan said: “you need to (Figuratively) Kill yourself”
Build the identity of a strong man who simply doesn’t beat it and has better things to work on rather than the identity of a guy who just sits down and beats it whenever he gets bored or sad like a fucking chump
2) Become more aware of the Bullshit in your head
A reason why you accept the bullshit cope that you tell yourself when you relapse is because you simply aren’t even thinking. You’re in a god damn auto pilot mode, not only because you’re coping, but because your awareness sucks ass.
Meditate. Build awareness to the things in your life/brain that will cause your relapses and then change those things/thoughts to stuff that will serve you, not make you relapse.
For example: if you have thoughts of a girl, do not use that as motivation to fap, use the inspiration you get to work on your business/body.
Transmutate. Or simply think about something else.
3) Destroy your “fapping routine”- increase friction
This is an addition to building your awareness. You need to become aware of the conditions you allow yourself to be in that ends up with you relapsing.
For example, mine was:
Some time in the late afternoon- in my room(probably scrolling)- tired/bored- hop into shower- set shower to warm and sit in there brainlessly for a little - Relapse.
So in order to fix this, alter your environment and other aspects of your life to make it harder for yourself to bullshit yourself.

I could information overload you and tell you a bunch of extra shit that won’t serve you “just download a porn blocker bro🤓🤓🤓” but I’m not going to because I know that these are the actions that worked for me.
I broke free and I didn’t have to watch endless hours of content explaining to me the various theories and methods I could use to stop this habit that was destroying my life.
I did those exact 3 steps.
I stopped coping, I stopped allowing my weak monkey self to bullshit and relapse. I destroyed that part of myself and built the mind of a guy who converts his energy into the right pathways.
I meditated and sought to gain more awareness of the bullshit I was consuming and the bullshit I was telling myself about relapsing to that content.
And with this extra awareness I spotted weaknesses in my routine that could cause me to cope and be a brainless fapper monkey.
