How Levels & Progress Work
Retail Launch Lab uses levels to reflect participation — not speed, expertise, or outcomes. There is no required pace here. Levels are earned naturally as you engage in ways that support learning and community. How Levels Are Earned: You earn progress by participating in simple, thoughtful ways, including: • Joining discussions • Asking or answering questions • Thoughtfully replying to other members • Sharing reflections, updates, or wins Reading, observing, and learning quietly are always welcome. Posting is encouraged, but never required. Levels are meant to recognize presence and engagement over time — not performance. Move at a pace that feels right for you.
