Enjoy the replay from this week's session. Explore in a way that feels right for you. One pose a day is nurturing and supportive, stay a while in the pose and unfold.
I added the Lakshmi Mantra... a sacred chant to attract prosperity and spiritual abundance. Enjoy listening to the mantra during your practice or turn up the volume when you are home making dinner, cleaning up or curled up with a beverage.
