Just spent 1 hour and 45 minutes diving into Mr. Yanovsky’s 7-Step Self-Sustaining Management System — and wow!
It reminded me of Google’s Project Aristotle, which found the median team size for high-performing teams have around 10 people. The M1/M2/M3 framework offered a brilliant structure for scaling with consistency. “The goal is not to be involved.” That hit hard. I am now thinking about building systems that move forward without me directly involved. That is a tectonic shift from my thinking just a couple of hours ago.
Grateful for the insights and excited to learn more.
