Responder Wellness Network
The Responder Wellness Network is a professional community for responders committed to strengthening peer support, leadership, and responder wellbeing.
Across fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatch, and emergency management, many people working to support responder wellness often feel alone in their efforts within their own agencies. This network connects those individuals so they can share experience, practical ideas, and resources that strengthen responder support programs.
While many peer support roles are voluntary, the work deserves a professional level of commitment and collaboration. This community exists to support those who support others and help peer support efforts thrive.
The network was created by Tim Wojcik, a 31-year fire/EMS veteran and founder of the South Carolina Responder Support Initiative.
