I am a visual artist and writer. I'm practicing in the therapeutic arts currently. I also have over 30+ years experience in social services. My areas of working in Human Services have included Mental health challenges, substance abuse, codependency recovery, Domestic Violence, Narcissistic Relationship recovery. ACE recovery.
