I Built the F.L.O.W. Method - This Morning It Was Used on Me:)
This morning, I put myself in a rather vulnerable position. I sat in the other chair... Across from me was @Matan Tzinamon , who came through three Deep Reset retreats and those who have been know that he also facilitates movement and breathwork. At some point he decided not to only attend, but out of belief and proof that it works he started to study the F.L.O.W. method, and decided to run with it. He now coaches other people with the same framework I built. And this morning, he turned it on me! I came into the session with something real. Not a tidy hypothetical, although he thought first I was acting:) My main work as an actor has always come with many fears. Fear of rejection, failure, being seen and even fear of success. The fear of merging worlds, manifesting the sorrows of the characters I'm building - not the best conditions to have fun. I honestly expected to see the moves coming. I mean - I built them. I anticipated the questions, the reframes, the place he'd guide me toward. I am, in a sense, the hardest possible client, because I know the architecture from the inside. And you know what? It worked anyway. He didn't veer off script. He ran the method precisely and patiently, and walked me back to the state I spend my life walking other people toward. The one where nothing can actually go wrong. Where the inevitable isn't in question, only the timing. I knew the destination. I still couldn't get there alone in that moment. So... thank you Matan for doing this and also: To everyone who has trusted this work, run with it, and made it your own: thank you.
