Letters

Hi All,

I want to test the room with how everyone gets on with letters for prospecting. (Just over a month in the game)

Do you have set letters for certain types of properties (slow movers, price reductions etc)?, do you even bother with them? if so, whats the response? or do you just go in for the door knock over letters?

I had some amazing advice given to me last week and it has worked - I just wanted to see how the rest of you play it when it comes to this kind of prospecting.
