Quick update on where the platform is, and a thank you that's overdue. Between the 4th and the 10th of August we shipped 26 items. Twenty-one of them were bugs, and plenty of those came from agencies in here who took the time to write up what they were seeing instead of quietly working around it. That matters more than it sounds. The useful reports come with screenshots, the steps to reproduce it, and the account it happened on. One showed a prospect report coming back all zeros for a business whose Google listing hides its address, so the report was telling a prospect they didn't exist on Maps. Another flagged that the Review Agent card was counting against a different total to the headline on the same dashboard, so an account with 499 reviews was reading "10/20 handled". Both were fixed and shipped inside the same week. Neither of those would have turned up by us staring at the code. So thank you, and please keep it coming.
