🥪 Rye Sandwich
It doesn't look like much but the flavour is on point, perfect for breakfast, snack or lunch on the go:

  • 40 g hummus (chickpea + edamame based)
  • 1 slice of cooked beetroot (50 g)
  • a few leaves of green lettuce (~10 g)
