Training keeps me grounded โ€” but for a long time, nutrition was the missing piece. I tried tracking macros, following meal plans, cutting carbs... none of it worked long-term. What actually changed everything was when I stopped chasing rules and started understanding how food works with my body.
Since then I've helped a handful of people do the same โ€” and the results were real. That's why I built Replate. This community is for people who are done with diets but still want results. We're going to do it differently here โ€” step by step, no stress, no restriction.
