As this year comes to a close, I want to pause with the Reparenting for Adults community for a moment.
This past year asked a lot of nervous systems.
There were endings, realizations, and moments that required more tenderness than strength. If you’re feeling tired, reflective, relieved, or quietly proud of yourself for making it through — all of that belongs here.
There’s no need to sum the year up neatly. No requirement to find the lesson.
Sometimes reparenting looks like letting a chapter close without judgment.
As we step toward a new year, we’re doing it gently — at nervous system speed, with compassion leading the way.
And to our newest members: welcome and 💗 I’m really glad you found your way here. This is a space where you’re invited to go slowly, participate as much or as little as feels right, and trust your own timing. Lurking counts. Rest counts.
May the year ahead bring more safety, steadiness, and moments of self-kindness — even in small ways.
Thank you for being here, exactly as you are. We’ll continue this work gently, together.
