I almost ruined my property business by doing this…
I’m a property owner, and to be honest, I didn’t get everything right at the beginning.I made mistakes that put too much pressure on my cash flow, and at one point I thought heavy loans were the only way to keep things running.
That changed when I discovered a different side of the property business, one that helped me:
Reduce financial pressure
Avoid unnecessary debt
Run my property business more sustainably
I wish I had understood this earlier.
I’m genuinely happy to share what I learned with other property business builders here, especially those who feel stuck or over-leveraged right now.
