There are so many great topics in Day # 4 that I could be writing for weeks.
One point that I would like to discuss is the mistake we make as newbies of try to do too many things at once and try to learn absolutely everything to the deepest levels. I know have made this particular mistake, so it hits me with particular strength.
I have been in this trap of trying to learn everything by my myself, and this takes an incredible amount of time. So much time in fact that it delayed me and took me away from my goals.
I think is so right when he advices us to find the right people and then delegate. This certainly speeds up the process and ensures that things get done right, because the people with the correct knowledge and skills will be taking care of tasks that would otherwise take us way longer to achieve. We should be spend our time in learning real estate up to a point where we know what's happening, but then we need to find and rely on experts so we can delegate the job on them.
What are your thoughts?
