I was sold on the arbitrage method, but I can see the long term value in scaling with apartments. -Lower Barrier to Entry -Easier to get rent concessions and low / no deposits -Perfect for expanding the customer base via MTR, Corporate Stays in addition to Vacation Rentals - And, the big one: Multiple listings at the same campus! Multiple listings at the same campus is the equivalent of multiple family COMBINED with Arbitrage, inherently scalable. Long story short, I would like to connect.
