Rent by Room Training with Sam Wegert March 9th week.
I saw a text message that Sam Wegert is having another free week long training session for co-living. It is worth going to in my opinion. I have done it twice. March 9th - March 13th at 8pm EST. https://scaleyourrealestate.com/
Introduction
Hi I'm joining the group because I have 1 co-living property converting a 2nd to a 4 or 5 BR and have a 3rd under construction for a 6 BR 3 BA all in SW Florida. Looking to get some good information on best platforms to use. I'm using Padsplit for my 8 BR 4 BA and want to self manage the next 2 using Turbotenant and hoping to use AI to automate and make everything else simple and limit my involvement as much as possilbe.
