Moving forward
Hello @everyone, I'm reaching out for opinions & thoughts (trying not to make any unnecessary/careless mistakes). Looking to purchase my next property soon but, I still have work to do in the basement (about $2500-$3500). I have reserves and access to a HELOC as well as a small savings. I want to start doing better in terms of systems & making better choices, where should I spend the money from to finish the basement and get it ready for rent ??? Thanks In Advance
