Welcome to the Integrated Leadership Lab™.
This is the home of Kingdom Health Now's leadership work: a Renewal Circle for Kingdom leaders who are done splitting faith from function and want to lead from wholeness, not performance.
Inside, you'll find three things:
• The Integrated Leadership Lab™: a 12-week coaching journey for Bible-believing executives, read through three lenses (Biblical Wisdom, Brain Science and High-Stakes Leadership) and paired with private 1:1 coaching. Enrollment is through a KHN coaching package.
• Leading from Wholeness: The Foundations: a free starter path covering Recovery, Renewal and Legacy, the three shifts of Recovery-Based Leadership.
• KHN Coach Training: ICF-aligned formation for the coaches who will carry this work forward.
Around it all is the Renewal Circle: Scripture-rooted prompts, reflection, prayer and shared encouragement in a grace-centered community committed to growth.
