Healing portion of class 1-Return To Flow
1-6-2025
Today is the day that I let the past go. I return to the flow of the universe that I barely understand yet I feel it's pull. I begin today to move into greater awareness of that which challenges me to grow and begin to cultivate a pure heart, lead by the Light.
I acknowledge my limitations, my mistakes and my false beliefs about my purpose, my abilities, my challenges.
I thank them for allowing me to grow into this time and place where I have resources and support in ways I never thought possible.
I thank the life I have lived for bringing me this far and for experiences that have brought wisdom, a great tool to share with others.
I say to my experiences, “thank you, you have given me much. I now release you from my journey that I may create new experiences that now bring love, light and joy into my life regardless of future challenges.
I open up space to recieve the abundance and sweetness offered to me each day.
I recieve with thankfulness and gratitude and then let it be.
Each day goodness flows to me and each day I, in gratitude, recieve and offer it to all those in my sphere of influence.
I do not hold or collect. Fear of loss no longer guides me for I see that all gifts are blessings for sweetness and joy, but never mine to own and keep for myself.
I am enough.
Fear teaches me where I have moved from harmony and alignment. I thank it for getting my attention and then take action to realign.
I start slow then move at my pace to quicker speeds allowing my heart to be open and guide me.
That which is meant for me is seeking me now.
When I am aligned and hold steady and true to the 5 virtues in kindness and benevolence, that which I desire will see my light and find me.
In this way I become that which I seek.
And so it is.
