Started the 90Day Plan
I am working with my Operations manager and reviewing our 90 day plan! Here is what I am working on. I will keep you posted on how it is going. I started April first and we are target right not to hit our goals!

My specific goal: $ 150,000 in new revenue + $75,000 in savings
