Value Vs Premium
Interesting topic for the industry:
Value-based businesses are focused on delivering all services at the lowest possible price.
Premium-based businesses are focused on providing the best possible service.
In reality, these represent two ends of a continuum.
Whenever I receive an objection based on price, I always respond: "The high price of a quality job is soon forgotten, but the price of a low quality job is never forgotten."
