How do you find and bring on reliable contractors and what does your process look like for managing them day to day? Do you use any specific platforms to find them or do you rely more on referrals? Welcome everyone my name is Tim, have been running my cleaning service for a few months now, currently averaging around $22k-$25k gross each month. Looking to meet other like minded individuals and grow together!

How do you guys handle when a customer wants you to come out? We had someone request an estimate in person "to see what was needed". I let her know we have a three hour minimum for $149 Canadian. And we can cover all priority areas for their 1,600 square foot house, especially because it's just a standard clean. And if additional hours are still needed, we can agree on extra hours during the cleaning. The person didn't seem too satisfied with that. Fortunately, it doesn't come up that often, maybe 5-10% of the time. Last week we had someone disappointed with a cleaning and asked for me to come out and see the quality of the work from the cleaner. I offered revisions, which she didn't want. Then I offered a 50% off invoice. She didn't pay it and ghosted. I think she was upset that the owner would not come out as she was really pushing for it.

What are the best ways to bring in clients constantly? I’ve been posting multiple times a day and I feel like no one is budging.
