I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2009 and I need to live a lifestyle to reduce stress and inflammation in the body to allow me to live a normal life.
I don't make excuses and looking at me you would never tell
I suffered a complete achilles tendon rupture in 2020 and a grade two hamstring tear at my trial session at the track. I worked intentionally at rehabilitating both injuries so I could train and compete in the 100 metre sprint without getting injured and was able to run 10.73 seconds in my first ever track season without PEDs. (EVER)
In this group I share what I do to train my joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons to be able to cope with the high stresses of track sprinting.
I also share the basis of my diet and supps that I use.
