Since 1964 the Religious Formation Conference (RFC) has been servingย Roman Catholic institutes of women and men religious. The RFC is privileged to accompany consecrated religious and their partners-in-mission by providing programs, services, resources, and best practices for those who accompany others in initial or ongoing formation.

The Religious Formation Conference educates and strengthens formators in their ministry of formation. The RFC engages religious communities with timely resources, services, and experiences that support initial and ongoing formation, and that are responsive to an emerging future.

Animated by Godโs vivifying presence, the RFC stands at the forefront of discerning the formative horizon of the emergent in religious life. In concert with members and collaborative partners, the Conference will lead in the areas of initial and ongoing formation and the professional preparation of formators.
