Reflecting on the journey from where I started a few years ago, it’s wild to think how much has changed—especially after putting on 45 pounds of muscle and, just recently, completing a challenge I set for myself to nail down my consistency and discipline. The results have been more than just physical; the mindset shifts and daily habits feel like they’re in a totally new space. Curious—has anyone else found that staying consistent with one goal has spilled over to other parts of their life? The lessons from this recent experience have opened up so many doors for me in unexpected ways

Buenas Tardes. Mi nombre es Saúl y soy nuevo acá en la comunidad. Entre aquí porque la mayor parte del tiempo vivo con los nervios de punta y lo que quiero hacer es controlar eso. Una vez una amiga me dijo que practicar la meditación o hasta yoga sirve de mucho y hasta que me decidí a tomar alguna clase. Solo que por donde vivo no hay nada cerca ¿Que tal su experiencia en esta comunidad? o ¿Alguna recomendacion? Saludos desde México
