I’m creating this safe community for people who come to counseling with me for couples counseling or individual counseling. This is a safe place where we can talk about communication skills, triggers, making friends, coping skills, reducing anxiety. I’ll be developing my classroom so you can listen to some audio that will walk you through breathing, grounding, managing your emotions. You might find date ideas.
