They played all in my face

So after I filed my cfpb complaint Equifax responded say I need to send them proof of identity and proof of address,then today I received a postcard from TransUnion stating it’s unclear of what Iam requesting now I’ve already did my first round of personal information letters to each credit bureau that’s why I filed a cfpb complaint so should I start the whole process over again with sending personal cleanup letters???
