Hey what are some other sites to request my full credit reports ?? Annualcredit.com was giving me a hard time

Good evening everyone, hope all is well. Sooo, I’m having this brain freeze and want to be sure that I’m taking the right steps — completed the personal info and everything wasn’t updated/removed… am I supposed to move on to the next step?

This is my se and attempt to get Experian to update my personal info and they keep sending this message back by email. I included everything in the envelope that they are asking for in this letter. I even put the personal documents together folded outwardly so they can see the info on them. Below is info from the email they sent me. It was difficult for me to attach the actual email. It won't display so I copied and pasted some of the email. They are saying the personal info was not legible or not clear or they did not receive it. That is not true because my printer was duplicating letters I printed clear legible copies on someone else's printer. Should I upload the info as they are requesting?
