A student asked me about symbols
I am wondering, out of all the various healing modalities, which symbols/symbols are best for healing and resolving sexual trauma/abuse?
My answer: Sei He Ki is often referred to as the "Mental-Emotional Symbol." Its name roughly translates to "God and humanity become one" or "The earth and sky meet." It is the most targeted tool for trauma because it works on the subconscious mind.
Emotional Release: It helps surface buried emotions from past abuse—anger, fear, or grief—so they can be acknowledged and released.
Protection: It is frequently used to create a "psychic shield," protecting the survivor from further emotional drain or negative attachments.
Balancing Hemispheres: It is believed to balance the left and right sides of the brain, promoting a sense of peace and harmony when the mind is stuck in "fight or flight" mode. Which one do you think is best?
