Good Evening. It's come to my attention how important this work is- and just how rampant this issue is amongst women. Almost every woman I know battles with the societal standards of beauty or what is expected of her when it comes to taking care of other people before herself. We're living in an era today where we've been more detached than ever before. It's imperative that we change. The way it is moving, will not be sustainable and so many of us have already experienced that. Many of you have undergone intense change in the last few years, whether in your partnership, or the direction of your life regarding your work/career/calling. We are being taken on a journey to embody the most authentic, truest version of ourselves. Much of that authenticity is earned- and earned back, after a lifetime of abandoning ourselves, by the choices we make, and the words we utter. The ones we are afraid. Life has it so that when we are ready, we will encounter the people and situations where we will have to use our voice, and thankfully, fix the imbalance that was in our personality before. This is an opportunity of a lifetime. Every moment, every interaction, every situation you find yourself in, is life calling you back home- home to the truth of who you are. Your mind will have a lot to say about this. You can just see it and recognize it as the device thats job is to protect you. That's all it tries and can do. It has no bearing over you. If you are here now, chances are you are Ready for the next level of your life. The next level that demands the next version of you. It is terrifying and completely unknown at times- but deep down something knows, this is who I am. In fact, this is who I was always supposed to be. I hold allegiance to that version of me and to that version only. The version that I end up being when I do the work of following what is true for me every moment. It is not easy, and it is a world of conditioning that I have to work through- but I know, that that version is the Real me- or closer than this one now.
