Talked to Jeff today on a fix and flip PML deal in Houston, where the loan was coming due for PML. Asked him if I had additional cost for F&F, do I take another PML to take out second position or take 1st position? OR what options? He really helped me navigate my first F&F and appreciate him so much. His time and information helps me become a better investor. Thank you Jeff! I will post a video tomorrow.
