Welcome to Refuge + Rock, a faith-centered community built on hope and to encourage those of us who don't always walk an easy path.
My name is Adam Wood. I'm a pastor, psychology student, father to an autistic son, founder of Autism and Faith, Inc., and one-half of the Christian rock duo Brightstar.
We blend biblical teaching, mental-health awareness, and authentic conversation.
You’ll find Mental Health Mondays (short videos to spark discussion), Wednesday Music Spotlights (a new song each week to discuss), Friday Check-ins (to make sure you're okay), and daily encouragement. Our goal is to create a safe space where you can find support and Jesus while rocking out.
