This community exists to change how safety work actually influences decisions, controls, and performance - not to share opinions, frameworks, or safety theory.
It is built around the Safety-to-Performance Operating Model, which treats safety as an operating capability. The focus is on helping safety professionals move from transactional, activity-heavy work to integrated, decision-shaping practice, evidenced by real changes in decisions, verified control performance, and the removal of low value safety work.
This program is not evidence-based in the clinical sense, because leadership and decision influence in complex systems can’t be reduced that way. It is practice-derived, theory-consistent, and built from repeated real-world application
Participation is measured by evidence of behaviour change in real work. Watching content or agreeing with ideas does not count.
