[Comment on the Skool app some of your personal takeaways for the rest of group to share] Is an aim, goal, or calling that sets the direction of your personal growth, especially a state of being that goes beyond self-centered means & ends. What is your activity of choice; when you need to lose yourself, when in fact does the "I find myself" occurs? The story we tell ourselves about ourselves and the financial achievement we seek is that our climb to wealthy will mean a glamorous accent. The reality is undoubtedly a lifelong quest packed full of sacrifices and unending series of inconveniences, all backed by a cause more important than our personal comforts. Truly having a purpose to steward wealth beyond greedily hoarding it is vital to sustain the ongoing persistence needed to acquire it and keeping it in the first place. What is your driving force to sacrifice for a better station in life? Currently I'd say, if nothing else, it's to be a silent benefactor to those dearest to me. Primarily acting as a thoughtful solo rich uncle to my extended family and close friends. And yes my standards are: 1) Eat well. 2) Sleep well. 3) Stay in touch with my loved ones. However, my steadfast financial purpose is to be the best steward I can in amassing wealth to then pass on greater resources to the next generation. I feel a deep urgency to provide for a future family in ways that I lacked when I was a child. I will sacrifice mere comfort for personal freedom and for the welfare of those with whom I choose to do life. So far I've faced countless dead-ends and without these causes I wouldn't have continued to seek my financial achievements. 💡 Coming from a lower class with limited resources, achieving upward mobility requires working overtime and shrewdly managing my earnings. The idea that saving your way into wealth or having a job will get you ahead is a farce only sold to those who haven't been taught the financial game.. Like it or not, working a daily job for a living is a duty for a common existence.
