What do you mostly use?
Lately I’ve been using the smith machine A LOT. Squats, chest, shoulders, calves, back. Turns out you can do pretty much everything there. Since it allows me to focus more on proper technique an not so much in balance.
I did 100 squats today with the barbell tho, and I can feel the difference in my form and balance after gaining strength with the smith.
Whats your take on that ?
