I started making these builds as way to create something new, fun, and functional for my son from old, discarded toys that I once had a connection with. Each build is a great combination of art through sculpture design, functionality, and color. It gives a fresh breath of life to the old unused toys and scraps to be added to a build. After it is complete I look forward to them being played with. I want to show the potential value of some old toys being recycled, put together and painted in new custom ways that my son and others will love. Watching my son play with the custom toys I've made him and tell me how much he likes them has been the most rewarding result from any art project I've ever done.
