So, when buying house, go for the first time home Buyer's loan programs, like FHA loans, USDA loans, and work with people who will financially help you, like financial advisors. You want to take a first-time home buyers education class. Also, you want to have several thousand dollars in the bank for closing costs and for down payments. 8. Then you want to also have several thousand dollars in the bank for up to 3 months of an Emergency, in case something happens, so you can pay your mortgage and all your bills for 3 months. Then you also want to have up to $5,000 and in an emergency savings home account only or cridet limit for 5,000.00 from youre bank that they know you can only use for anything that may go wrong for your house like you might need a new roof your air conditioner might go out, or your toilet might need fixed, you might need a contractor, or want to ad a deck and hot tub, or a privacy fence, or water heater may leak on you, or and uptairs bath tub will leak causing it ruin youre whole floor in bathroom upstairs, and flow out towards you're living room carpet, and then before you know it they won't replace it even with you're home owners insurance plan, want to replace that front living room carpet. So, do all research possible, talk with otger homenowners about any issues or something they may have for advice/tips for you so save that money up before buying. Also, put an extra $100 every 2 weeks on you're pincipal payment, and tell them at bank or mortgage company that is what that extra money is for because it will lower down you're interest payments and take less time to pay off that home!
