Growing up in an immigrant family, I didn’t always like being Chinese. For a long time, I felt fragmented—unsure where I belonged between faith, family, and culture.
But in my own journey with God, I began to see the beauty, legacy, and gift within my culture—and also the deeper tensions many of us carry that rarely get named.
Questions around faith and identity. Family expectations. Emotional struggles. Belonging. The conversations often left out of church spaces or family living rooms.
Recovering Tiger Mom is a faith-centered community for Asians and Asian diaspora seeking honest conversations, emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a deeper sense of belonging in Christ.
This isn’t about having all the answers or one person preaching from a stage. It’s about creating space to wrestle honestly, grow in faith, and discover wholeness together.
