Little project on the go
Currently trying my hand at making my first walking stick. I've had this piece sitting in the shed for a while and have only managed to get around to it recently.
I've taken the outer bark off and have plans to pop a deer antler on top for the handle (handy having a father in law who's a game-keeper!)
My plan with this is not to use any fancy tools, but only my hultafors knife (similar to a Mora Companion) and maybe some sandpaper.
I eventually want to pyrograph old Scottish / Celtic design into it.
Anyone else got any fun projects on the go?
