Are you hosting an open this weekend? What do you do to prepare? Share below!!
Some ideas:
Preview the comps so you know what's available in the area
Go live and give a tour of the home during open
Post on Socials everyday leading up to your open
Go to a local business and do a live from there to promote area
Door know 10 houses each direction the day before or morning of open
Lot's of signs, maybe balloons 🎈
Where are the parks, schools, stores in the area - walkability..
You don't have listings... host another agents listing in your Brokerage
Call and invite the neighbors to the open, maybe do a VIP for them 1 hour before the public
