@Angie Gerber we did talk about those a bit, but they are all requiring a big upfront deposit and then pay at closings. I have run some Facebook ads and campaigns through bold trail too, but I'm not getting good results.

@Angie Gerber yes I have done that. Hasn't produced viable leads, maybe I'm doing it wrong!
