Rebuilt to Run is designed to help runners run more efficiently which will decrease their risk for injury and improve their performance! The community is set up to deliver the most important aspects of running technique, strength, and drill work starting day one. As a runner progresses through the program, they will continue to learn new skills while reinforcing past skills learned earlier in the program.
Rebuilt to Run hosts a proprietary framework to teach runners a new set of skills while refining their own way of running. No two runners run exactly the same but all runners should run with the same core principles of running.
