7-day belief shifting challenge
Picture your crush in highschool. 💭 They stood out like a needle in a haystack; you wanted to be around them and made excuses to do so. You eavesdropped way too often 👀 You took way too many glances 😅 You literally were magnetized to them And this is the fun part: You might have even daydreamed so much of you together that you thought it was real, to the point where you were destined for a broken heart 💔 Cough* I am speaking of a friend of mine of course. Now this is how you want to operate with your branding, you want to have a brand that magnetizes only very specific "chosen" people. You do this by showing every part of yourself: Your flaws Your skills Your character Your goals Your story And most importantly, by having a stance on something. By shifting beliefs. 🔥 And then you get your first girlfriend in high school. 😏 Wait. Maybe I skipped over the story a little, but whatever. Point is, you need to have something that people recognize you for. Have you ever forgotten a celebrity or someone mid convo? "Ummm the guy that always has a light blue T-Shirt on" "The guy that always has a coffee in his hand in his YouTube video ☕ "The guy that always talks about shifting-beliefs!" That is what makes a 1/1 personal brand. Something you're known for. (you will have haters, but that's okay ) That is exactly why I am launching a 7-day belief-shifting challenge, starting next week Wednesday 🚀 Comment "CHALLENGE" if you're in!
7-day belief shifting challenge
Biggest takeaways of scaling to $400k/mo
So I went on a walk today, and while I was on a walk, I was listening to this YouTube video by Soowei. He's a 20-year-old kid who is making six figures with his online consulting business. I wanted to summarize the 10 things that I learned from this video, just so you don't have to watch the whole video yourself and the things that I'm implementing. I have implemented this for a while, but making sure that you have certain days when you're taking calls and certain days when you're in deep focus is a massive thing for me. You should definitely implement it yourself. Another thing is using something like Opal, which blocks your social media usage and ultimately makes you more focused on the things that actually matter. That was also a big thing. Another thing is getting your blood work done and really focusing on the supplement stack and things you should take to optimize your performance and focus, and ultimately allow you to work more without being tired and fatigued throughout the day. Those were my biggest takeaways, but here's a list of all the things you mentioned in case you want to take a few other things as well. Here are the 10 productivity hacks from the video: 1. Cut out caffeine and nicotine — they hijack dopamine and create psychological dependency. Replace with background music to trigger focus. 2. Do a blood test — understand what your body actually needs, then build a personalised supplement stack (his includes magnesium glycinate, fish oil, ashwagandha, vitamin D, and creatine). 3. Use AI and apps to limit screen time — he uses Opal to block distracting apps during work hours and Rise to track exactly where his time goes. 4. Calculate your dollar-per-hour rate — outsource everything below that rate so you can put that time toward higher-value work or rest. 5. Don't work in the room you sleep in — keep your bedroom only for sleep. Avoid charging devices in there to minimise radiation and mental confusion. 6. Set an alarm for bedtime, not wake-up — protect sleep quality by letting your body wake naturally. Decision-making suffers when you're sleep-deprived. 7. Stop doing only weight training — adopt a hybrid routine mixing strength work, zone 2 cardio, zone 3 cardio, and mobility to sustain energy without crashing. 8. Have no more than two morning habits — everything beyond two wastes time. His are journaling and meditating. 9. Don't work on Sundays — use the day to reflect, review the week, and pursue hobbies. Rest makes the other six days more effective. 10. Separate call days from deep work days — he takes calls Monday, Wednesday, Friday and does focused work Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Batching tasks by type prevents constant context-switching.
Be present.
When was the last time you were present? and no I don't mean meditation I mean just being present for the sake of being present, to achieve nothing. To just sit in the moment and soak it all in, to allow time to stop and every second lasting an eternity. That is when you truly align yourself with God and your purpose in life. That is when everything in your life you hold with gratitude. Your Job Your Family Your Friends Your Love (if you have one i'm single lol) Everything begins to become potent and shine again, even though you might be going through a lonely dark period right now. You acknowledge every area of your life and you accept it, with whatever it is and when you do that. You look forward. Normally I wouldn't write something like this. I would try to give 'practical advice' on how to grow your business this week. But honestly sometimes its just being present and seeing where you are right now and appreciating it. The goal with my business from the start was always helping people build their dream realities, and sometimes you have to smell the flowers on the reality you've already built. 3/5 spots taken for the accelerator program. Closing May 16th, so if you want to get in the time is now: https://bit.ly/49ovQzS Comment on what you're grateful for. All love, Jay
$104k/month podcast OUTT
I just dropped a new podcast episode on my YouTube and you need to watch this one. Sol is an ex-strategy consultant from the UK who did everything “right” good school, good grades, top consulting firm. Classic safe path. Then he quit. With £300 in his account. No plan. No audience. No offer. 9 months later he’s doing $104k months. Pretty fucking sick right? I sat down with him and we got into everything the mental health battles that shaped his entire mindset, the moment in Bali that flipped his worldview, how he built trust so fast that people jumped on sales calls already ready to buy, and why he hosted a mastermind just 3 months in with zero authority to his name. One thing that hit me from this conversation: Sol talked about the “results flywheel” the idea that if you just obsess over getting your clients insane results, the testimonials, referrals, and word of mouth do the selling for you. He literally has a friend making 6 figures a month with zero marketing because he’s just that good at what he delivers. That’s the long game. And most people aren’t playing it. There’s also a part of the conversation where he talks about “playing too small” and how a solo van trip down the Australian coast completely changed the way he thinks about his business and his mission. Worth watching just for that. This pod was long overdue, but happy to share it with you.
