7-day belief shifting challenge
Picture your crush in highschool. 💭 They stood out like a needle in a haystack; you wanted to be around them and made excuses to do so. You eavesdropped way too often 👀 You took way too many glances 😅 You literally were magnetized to them And this is the fun part: You might have even daydreamed so much of you together that you thought it was real, to the point where you were destined for a broken heart 💔 Cough* I am speaking of a friend of mine of course. Now this is how you want to operate with your branding, you want to have a brand that magnetizes only very specific "chosen" people. You do this by showing every part of yourself: Your flaws Your skills Your character Your goals Your story And most importantly, by having a stance on something. By shifting beliefs. 🔥 And then you get your first girlfriend in high school. 😏 Wait. Maybe I skipped over the story a little, but whatever. Point is, you need to have something that people recognize you for. Have you ever forgotten a celebrity or someone mid convo? "Ummm the guy that always has a light blue T-Shirt on" "The guy that always has a coffee in his hand in his YouTube video ☕ "The guy that always talks about shifting-beliefs!" That is what makes a 1/1 personal brand. Something you're known for. (you will have haters, but that's okay ) That is exactly why I am launching a 7-day belief-shifting challenge, starting next week Wednesday 🚀 Comment "CHALLENGE" if you're in!
7-day belief shifting challenge
How to Beat Digital Distraction
Hey, I'm going to be honest with you dude. A few days ago I wrote an email about how I had subtle burnout from information overload. Not the dramatic kind. The quiet kind. The kind where you love what you do so much that you forget to stop. And this Saturday it hit me. I barely touched my phone. And my brain felt clearer than it had in weeks. Our mothers were right. It's the f*cking phone. Not the phone itself — the unconscious use of it. Picking it up out of habit. Scrolling to make time pass. Feeding your brain with noise when it's desperate for silence. I dropped a new video breaking down exactly what I changed, its a non-stimulating conversational video, if thats your jam then you'll like this: — The 3 questions I ask before I pick up my phone — How I redesigned my phone to be boring on purpose (greyscale, folders, deleted everything unnecessary) — My exact morning routine that protects my best creative hours — Why your attention is your most valuable asset and how to stop giving it away for free This isn't a productivity hack video. It's a reality check from someone who's living it. Comment your thoughts!
He went from £300 in his bank to $104k/month in 9 months.
So I few weeks back I interviewed Sol. Did everything "right" — good school, good grades, good job. Then he met a tattooed entrepreneur in Bali playing paddle and his entire worldview collapsed. Not because the guy was rich. But because Sol asked himself one question he'd never asked before: "Is the best case scenario of my current path actually the life I want?" The answer was no. And that no changed everything. Here are the 7 lessons I pulled from our conversation that I think every single one of you needs to hear: (full podcast dropping on Saturday so stay stoked for that) 1. You are the master of your own destiny Soul was suicidal as a teenager. He was blaming the world. One day he just stopped. He realized he was choosing to feel the way he felt. That radical ownership didn't just save his life — it built his business. 2. The best case scenario question Before you grind harder, ask yourself — if everything goes perfectly in the next 5 years on this path, is THAT the life you want? If not, you're climbing the wrong ladder entirely. 3. You don't need to be an expert A 3/10 can absolutely coach a 0/10. Sol had 5,000 followers when he signed his first clients. The people who need you exist right now. Stop waiting until you feel "ready." 4. Volume beats strategy every time Don't strategize your first 100 posts. Just post. Nobody's watching. Nobody cares. That's the gift. Use that invisibility to find your voice and then double down on what works. 5. The Results Flywheel This is what took him to 104k. Get clients insane results → film testimonials → attract referrals → sign new clients. Do this on repeat. Marketing becomes almost irrelevant when your delivery is elite. 6. Trust your gut — always The most expensive mistakes Soul made weren't strategic. They were moments he ignored his gut on hiring and on clients. Your instincts are data. Use them. 7. Stop thinking selfishly — think impact Sol drove a van down the Australian east coast alone for 2 weeks. When he came back he realised he'd been playing too small, only thinking about himself. The moment he shifted to "how do I change my industry" — his business exploded. Ironically, the money always follows the mission.

your 25 failures away.
This is the most obvious message you have read in your life. and I literally just got off a call with my mentor talking about this. You need to fail more, but not in the way you might expect. See 3 years ago I was studying Fashion design... (it used to be my dream to have my own clothing brand) I went to school, made my parents proud, only to come home and actually learn the things I wanted to, to become an entrepreneur. I posted my designs online. Failed countless times. Only to one day get a message: "Do you do commissions?" Huh? a commission? I made $50 that same day selling graphic designs to a random dude off of the internet. Did I have a successful clothing brand that day? no but I failed enough times to stumble across my first small win. Now ultimately my clothing business only made me a few thousand bucks organically before I moved on to master marketing. But that was the first step. Now for you, you mainly need to fail more. and to do that you need to try more, and get the reps in. Your fear of failure is what is holding you back, when in fact you should be looking for failure. Because failure brings you forward. That is the key that every sucessful person knows and understands. and this can be learned. Don't play victim and blame things on your parents or traumatic childhood. Take life into your own hands and own it, and persevere. Because let me tell you one fucking thing. I believe in you. and you should believe in yourself, and that should be more than enough for you to keep going and keep failing. and the crazy part is. before you even know it the wins start rolling through. Keep posting. Keep showing up. You are closer to your goals than you know. Build your own Reality, Jay
