Hey awesome people :) You know that feeling when you get back from something that lit you up? A retreat, a big weekend, a high of some kind... and for a minute you feel untouchable. And then a day passes. Maybe two. And the old thoughts start creeping back in like they never left. You're not doing enough. You're not enough. What did they think of me. Who am I supposed to be today. AKA the loop. The one that's been running quietly in the background this whole time, just waiting for the high to wear off so it can talk again. I spent the weekend at a yoga festival... deeply connected, moving my body, laughing, eating well, actually present with people. And then I came home. And normal life started again. And that loop tried to pick up right where it left off. So I made a new video walking through what I actually do when that happens. Not some abstract concept, the real thing... how I bring it back to the breath, how I overwrite the lie on purpose, and how I check in with the wisdom that's already in me before I decide what's next. If you've ever noticed that voice getting loud right after you felt your best, this one's for you. Link below. Curious what shows up for you when you watch it. Much love, Casey
