Potential Deal
Hi everyone,
I'm interest in buying this property. I looked at it yesterday. It seems alright, mostly just cosmetic things that could be done to make it look nicer. The one thing I would like to do if I buy is install range hoods above the ovens.

Some of the pictures have been photoshopped to add furniture. The property is completely vacant.
The utilities I'm using are off of the MLS listing.
