Hi everyone. Anyone planning to go the the Mddl School event Feb 21 in Toronto? I'm interested but have some questions for anyone who might have insight or experience.
What is the benefit to developing a property (adding units or ADUs) vs buying a property that is already developed? I'm seeing some small multiplexes that are already highest and best use of a property that appear at first glance to make more sense then buying a property and going through the development process which has lots of unknowns. Can anyone give some background on the process?
