I think I need an accountant?

I have a few things on the go this year and was wondering when people see the need for an accountant.

Fingers crossed I will be converting a single family into a duplex and adding a basement suite to my primary residence. Does any of this have tax implications I should be aware of for 2025 tax season?

I live in BC, does anyone know of a good accountant that maybe focuses on RE that I could reach out to?
