Hey Wealth Builders, here’s a little about me: I’ve had a lifelong fascination with investing, and real estate is the one thing I know best. I’m not one of these mega-gurus you see on YouTube. Just a guy who’s done a few dozen deals, from trailer homes to spec homes from scratch, and even a commercial renovation project near a major intersection in Lakewood, Colorado. My base camp in Boulder, CO and I’ve bought and sold nationwide, including Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana, Texas and North Carolina. What got me hooked is seeing an $1,800 land purchase turn into a $35k flip and a little 4-6 postcard turn into a $91k short sale deal. Those are the high end outliers for sure, but consistently averaging $10-20k per wholesale deal is totally doable for anyone who’ll stick to it. My mission is to help a million entrepreneurs attain financial freedom, and for me personally, that means a life of stress-free abundance for my family and me. My greatest challenge right now is helping more people attain financial freedom through real estate. The biggest challenge is just making the connections and getting to know people’s stuck points so I can help them overcome them. Truth be told, after paying my dues spending hours a day behind a windshield and away from my family for years, I’ve pretty much mothballed my old ’97 Subaru, except for occasional trips out of town, and now you can find me zipping around Boulder on my mountain bike for just about anything I need. Which my life as a real estate investor has made possible.
