What I’m Learning
As far as seeking out your next property and time management, this is what I’ve been learning…
1) You don’t put in the time, you get less results.
2) Time waits for no one. Time invested is very valuable! I’ve missed on many opportunities these past two weeks. I mean to underwrite and get back to it later…only find that it’s already pending or under contract. I’m late to the ball game, but take responsibility for my lack of action…lesson learned.
3) Be intentional! Decide. Commit.
4) Time block. Take action. Set timers to remind you of your next “to-do”.
5) Chat GPT is a valuable tool to simplify complicated information.
6) Networking is gold! Find people you can share your wins and struggles. It’s good to know people are there to hear you out and support you.
7) Set your cadence as Tammy would say. Complete your weekly tasks so you don’t have a mound of work to catch up and stress about later.
8) Consistency is key!
9) Push through and don’t give up even when things seem impossible to solve. Learning nuggets lie there.
10) Celebrate your wins no matter how small!
Now that I put it out there…I need to apply what I’m learning!! Hope that inspired someone today! 😊
